The diversity of handicrafts is a special characteristic of the town of Struga. Different kinds of handicrafts are developed in different periods, such as: filigree handicraft, potter handicraft (the family of Miladinovci were potters), woodcarving etc. Depending on the handicraft, the following materials were used: metal, wood, soil, leather, textile, fur, etc. Due to the development of industry, many handycrafts no longer exist, but still handicraft products can be found in the center and the market place of Struga.
